OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our success depends on ensuring that you are satisfied. We understand that there is no substitution for “touching and feeling”. We want you to be aware that you are able to return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after you hold it in your hands, you are not completely satisfied.
 
At Boathouse, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely fashion and is completely accurate to what you ordered. To ensure that a mistake hasn’t been made, please inspect your order once you’ve received it to ensure that it is correct.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery in it’s original & unused condition for a full refund of the product price.

ORDER POLICIES

We require 5-7 business days to process your order.  It is within this time frame that your order will be shipped to you via our warehouse.

SHIPPING POLICIES & RATES

We ship internationally to all locations with flat shipping fees using Purolator.  The "Purolator Express" option that is available to you refers to a service that provides shipping within a 1-3 day period (depending on your location).  That 1-3 day shipping window is apply once your order is processed and indicated as shipped from our warehouse after the above order policies time frame.

Once your order is completed in our warehouse and ready to be shipped to you, our system will automatically generate a tracking number (or PIN) that you can use to track your package on www.purolator.com. You do NOT receive a tracking number at the time your order is placed.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All customers ordering outside of Canada will be charged Broker/Duty fees by whomever completes the delivery in your country.


UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

At www.boathousestores.com, we strive to give you the fastest & most accurate service possible.  However, from time to time, items may become unavailable between the time your order is placed and when it is processed.  We will then adjust your order total to reflect the removal of that item from your purchase and charge you the remaining amount.

We understand that you might be interested in one particular item but, in order to make your purchase more cost effective, you may order multiple items.  Should that one item of interest become unavailable, we will not be able to ship it to you.  What we suggest in that case is for you to indicate in the 'customer notes' section that, should a specific item be unavailable, you would like your order to be cancelled.

WEEKEND ORDERS

Because our office operates between 8am and 5pm on weekdays, online orders placed on the weekend cannot be processed until Monday morning. This does not necessarily mean that we will ship on Monday, but the process of filling your order will begin.


BOATHOUSE RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged to retail locations
• Once you receive your purchase DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR PACKING SLIP, it’s your receipt.
• In the case of a return, please email info@boathousestores.com and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). You absolutely must have a return authorization number before sending your item back. All merchandise received without a return authorization number will be returned to the customer via C.O.D.
• A request for an RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be received at the above email address within 14 days of delivery.  The item(s) must be received by Boathouse within 30 days from when the RAN was issued.
• Clothing must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed & exactly how they were when we sent them to with the original tags so they can be resold.
• Any items that do not fit these descriptions will immediately be returned to you via C.O.D.

FOOTWEAR

• Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box. All items that may are included with the shoes (i.e. skate keys, extra shoelaces, stickers, etc…) must also be included.
• Footwear must be in new condition (i.e. no wear on the inside or outside, no scuff marks) just as they were when they were sent them to you (unless defective).

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear (bikini tops and bottoms, bathing suits, etc.) are final sale.

BODY JEWELRY

All body jewelry (i.e. earrings, etc...) are a final sale and not returnable due to health code restrictions

GIFT CARDS

At present, our in-store gift cards are not valid at www.boathousestores.com.  We do sell gift cards for use online as well as gift cards for use in-store.

SHIPPING COSTS

If you have ordered an item and, after receiving your order, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.  If there was an mistake with the product that was sent to you, Boathouse will cover the return shipping charges and the charges to resend the correct item to original shipping destination.


HONOURING PRICE CHANGES

If an item goes onsale within 72 hours of purchasing, we will honour the price change and refund you the difference.

 
PAYMENT

The credit for all returns will be placed on the card used to make the original purchase. If you have any other questions or comments we’ll be more than happy to answer them.
