Our Return Policy
- In the case of a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return merchandise (RMA). You absolutely must have a return authorization number before sending your item back. All merchandise received without a return authorization number will be returned to the customer via C.O.D.
- A request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be received at the above email address within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be received by Boathouse within 30 days from when the RMA was issued.
- Clothing must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed & exactly how they were when we sent them to with the original tags so they can be resold.
- Any items that do not fit these descriptions will immediately be returned to you via C.O.D.
- When the return is processed, you will receive credit for the items which are being returned in their original condition (e.g. not washed, worn, etc.). You will not receive a refund for the shipping charges of your original order.
- Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box. All items that may are included with the shoes (i.e. skate keys, extra shoelaces, stickers, etc.) must also be included.
- Footwear must be in new condition (i.e. no wear on the inside or outside, no scuff marks) just as they were when they were sent them to you (unless defective).
- All UGG boots and footwear are final sale.
- All swimwear (bikini tops and bottoms, bathing suits, etc.) are final sale.
- All body jewelry (i.e. earrings, etc.) are a final sale and not returnable due to health code restrictions
Shipping Costs For Returns
If you have ordered an item and, after receiving your order, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If there was a mistake with the product that was sent to you, Boathouse will cover the return shipping charges and the charges to resend the correct item to original shipping destination.
Honouring Price Changes
If an item goes onsale within 72 hours of purchasing, we will honour the price change and refund you the difference.
The credit for all returns will be placed on the card used to make the original purchase. If you have any other questions or comments we’ll be more than happy to answer them. Just e-mail email@example.com. Any and all fradulent transactions made without the authorization of the primary cardholder will result in being banned from www.boathousestores.com
Returning Merchandise To A Boathouse Location
In effect as of August 1st, 2012
- Have your boathousestores.com invoice and receipt (included with all orders).
- Funds will be returned via the original method of payment (except PayPal users, who will receive cash).
- All other Boathouse return and exchange policies apply.
