Gift orders placed after October 13, 2025 can be returned until January 10, 2026.
Our Return Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns & Exchanges Condition
- All items must be unworn
- Footwear must be in the original shoebox
- If returning via mail - the shoe box must be protected by a bag or protective shipping box. Do not tape or damage the shoe box.
- We will not accept the return if you tape over the original box.
ONLINE RETURNS
If returning or exchanging items online visit our return center here https://boathouse.returnscenter.com/ to setup a return and print your shipping label. We pay return shipping.
Our return center is self serve and very easy to use.
We process returns within 1–7 days of receiving your package. Once your return is approved, your refund is issued right away. Please note that it may take 3–5 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, including purchases made with Credit Card or Gift Card. Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return To A Store
Depending on your method of payment, you can bring your return to any Boathouse location, where our team members will be pleased to assist you. Please remember to present a copy of the invoice e-mailed to you, either printed or on your mobile device. Please Note we do not accept returns at the Dixie Mall location in Mississauga, Ontario.
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, including purchases made with Credit Card or Gift Card. Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURNS ON SWIMWEAR
The following restriction apply on swimwear returns and are designed so that you can buy hassle free without worrying about fit.
- Swimwear purchased online cannot be returned in store. You must follow the Return via Shipment process above.
- All returned swimwear products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the protective strip intact.
Final Sale Items
PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items are Final Sale and in Limited Quantities
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned…
- All Clearance Items
- All boxers and undergarments
- FACE MASKS
- Deodorants, or any body care items
Defective Items
Defective items (including "final sale") may be eligible for replacement or store credit. The merchandise must be assessed and deemed defective by a Boathouse team member. To return your defective merchandise for assessment, please follow one of the above return methods.
Online Return Status
To check if your return has been received, you can visit our Return Center. Simply enter your order details to track the status of your return.
Return Statuses
Approved - your return has been approved. You can created a label and are ready to ship. We have not received your return yet.
Received - we have received your return and are processing it in our warehouse. This usually takes 1-7 days.
Resolved - Your return has been processed and your refund will be sent immediately. Please note that it may take 3–5 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
