Shipping Policies & Rates
We ship to all locations in Canada with flat shipping rates using Canpar. The Canpar option that is available to you refers to a service that provides shipping within a 1-3 day period, which is dependant on your location, after a processing period of 1-3 business days. That 1-3 day shipping window is applied once your order is processed and indicated as shipped from our warehouse after the above order policies time frame. Please ensure that you are able to receive these orders when they arrive. Once your order is completed in our warehouse and ready to be shipped to you, our system will automatically generate a tracking number (or PIN) that you can use to track your package on www.canpar.ca. You do NOT receive a tracking number at the time your order is placed.
P.O. Boxes
We are currently unable to ship packages to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that your address information reflects this restriction.
'Remote Areas' Regions
We provide service to all Canadian postal codes, however some regions within Canada have limited delivery windows and this results in shipping charges which make us unable to offer such promotions to those areas.
